New(er) Cichlid Tank Suddenly Cloudy

This is a 55 gal. With contents from previous 30 gal. All but 1 African cichlid is new. Water was clear for 3 weeks, suddenly cloudy. Tested water, everything ideal. Took water to aquarium store. Everything ideal. Changed to filter. Added accu-clear, nothing is helping. Did partial change, put lights on timer. Aquarium has been moved away from windows. Temp is sitting at 79.5.

Please..please..suggestions.. frustration over the top. Never had these problems with community fish.

Cloudy water is usually caused from a bacteria bloom and should clear up in a few days. I would cut way back on the feeding while the water is cloudy.

hi possibly, algal bloom? leave the lights off for a few days and or add a UV/ steriliser.
