Help in Determining Sex of Cichlids

Hi, I was told when I bought these 2 cichlids that they were males, but neither has displayed any male characteristics. Attached please find pics of the fish and help determining sex. Any insight would help. Thanks

It's hard to tell on the first one but the second pic looks like a female.
