I have isolated one of my severum cichlid in an separation box with a hole in the box for filtration. But the other mate severum again and again enters that box I don't know how or why, and starts nipping it. I tried placing the box in such a way that the other severum do not enter it . Kindly reply reply to this behavior if you have any ideas. Please!
 
I'm not sure what your "separation box" looks like but the only way to keep other fish out of it would be place the hole close enough to the glass or other obstruction to prevent the other fish from entering. Also make sure the top of the isolation box is high enough above the water level. Welcome to the forum.
 
I've been looking for a couple of tanks dividers like yours but can't find one for a 125 gallon aquarium. I made one out of light diffuser/egg crate but would like to get one like the one you posted.
