Can somebody help me identify this disease

Can somebody help me identify this disease. It started with a small cut on the fin. It was going away and then it came back very quickly and is white and looks a little fuzzy.

It looks like a fungus and it appears to be spreading to the dorsal fin. I've had good luck with Seachem ParaGuard and daily 10% water changes. Welcome to Cichlidaholcs.
